RIT's state-of-the-art innovations provide clinical and research physicists with high-precision, automated quality assurance tools for advanced radiation therapies and diagnostics. At RIT, I provide strategic and conceptual leadership of all creative duties within the company. I manage and update the company image to exceed industry standards. I frequently evaluate the performance of all creative and marketing campaigns, when possible, and ensure that they are in line with the sales goals of the company and are producing successful results. I manage the company's creative pipeline to ensure projects stay on track and are completed on time, and follow up with detailed statistics on ad/marketing material performance.

Advertising & Design Specialist 2016-2018

My responsibilities included: web design and development with CMS/CRM integration, B2B marketing, content creation, copywriting, ad campaigns, identity/branding, marketing research, software GUI design, social media management, trade show design and planning, event planning, and graphic design on a wide variety of media. I also offered solutions trade show design and functionality, advise and produce aesthetic solutions for the software's GUI, and envision and execute the production of motion graphics and video projects for enhanced advertising. As part of a team, I helped with trade show operations, execution, and planning. My thorough understanding of the software allowed me to edit and write original copy for all marketing materials, as well as technical documents. To ensure FDA and ISO compliance, I assisted with any regulatory tasks and documentation, as needed.

Graphic Artist 2012-2016

As a top performer within the art department, I fulfilled orders for designs on apparel for high schools, universities, professional offices and other groups throughout the world in a highly efficient and quality manner, consistently completing up to 100 orders in a single day. I created new designs to be featured on the company website available for purchase and customization, and created custom designs from scratch using ideas and concepts requested by the customer. The custom vector graphics I created were done in Illustrator and Freehand, and I prepped and converted files for screen printing for the production staff.

I built a website for an upcoming charter school in the Pikes Peak region using a content management system (CMS), while maintaining consitency in the company's marketing and branding. The result was an innovative and engaging new website with supplementary print collateral and advertising materials.

I developed and maintained a website integrating social media, news, and testimonials for Creighton University's Journalism, Media & Computing Department using Wordpress CMS and Dreamweaver.

Metro Magazine

Graphic Designer 2011-2012

I designed and organized the layout of monthly issues for magazine that promoted the local culture of Omaha, as part of a team of writers and creatives. I built advertisements for clients under specific size, color, and font guidelines. I corresponded with clients and advertisers to gather necessary materials, under strict deadlines. I frequently performed necessary pre-press specifications and conversions to get the magazine ready for both the print and interactive digital issues every month. I worked on conceptual logo and branding re-designs in Illustrator.
